The Perfect Pint
O'Neill's has been officially recognised for serving one of the best pints of Guinness in Britain. In a nationwide consumer survey among Guinness drinkers - to find the home of the perfect pint - discerning drinkers named O'Neill's as THE place to go for a pint of the black stuff.
Key to serving a signature drink like Guinness correctly is the famous 'Two-part Pour'. First the glass is tilted 45 degrees and then the pour commences. Once the glass is two-thirds full the pint should be left to settle on the bar top, before finally being topped-up and presented to the customer.
